Operational Requirements

As its name suggests, RealityServer is a server-based application program that is deployed on a computer statically connected to the Internet or intranet and accessible by a broadband connection.

While a 32-bit system with one CPU and 2 GB of memory is the minimum configuration for developing RealityServer applications, a recommended base configuration for deploying them would include a 64-bit server with four computer cores and at least 8 GB of memory.

The exact dimension of the server and connection required depend on such factors as the size and complexity of 3D scenes, resolution of images required and the number of concurrent users.

Professional software development skills are required for both the development and deployment of RealityServer applications.
